Residence for P.K Manoj is one of the finest and the toughest projects we have handled till now, completed in over a span of two years. The client had very specific requirements in terms of functionality where he wanted an office and house to be together, yet separated. He was particular about his color preferences to monotones & dislikes to teak wood finish, bright shades etc. Also site being on a busy road to Cochin, experienced traffic, high noise levels and hence it demanded us to solve the privacy issues.
