One of our Prestigious residential design projects, Palm Village by PAB Builders is set in a nice village atmosphere, yet just 10 km away from Cochin city & airport, Palm village completed its Phase I & II in quick time and now has started its phase 3 with a new and ultra-luxury villa type spanning across 6 acres of land with facilities like Gym, Club house, Swimming pool Joggers track & Play court. The new design carries forward the charm of the phase II elevation and planning with added features and packages.

The villas is planned in such a way that each villa has a courtyard privately owned and the built is done around it. Each villa then opens out into the street that leads to the common open areas that are split across the site, rather than keeping together. A contemporary style is used for the new Phase being devleoped.
