CASADEL DANCING WOODS

Site Area: 6 acres

Location: Rajagiri Hospital

Dancing woods is a 6 acre sloping land dotted by Rubber trees all around. We approached the design with the idea of providing a walk through experience of the site culminating at the club area and play area. This anchors the entire property. The pond in the site is retained as a Rainwater tank. Two parallel lanes are formed which climbs up to the recreational areas. Plots are divided keeping east west orientation and is plotted as narrow width & lengthy plots. This gives more space to each plot. A colonial style is employed for the overall design language. Each house has a private courtyard that opens within.
