Proposal for a convention center in Nedumbassery. ICELAND Convention Centre located in close proximity to NH and airport, will have two halls of 1000 and 1200 capacity. In the site beautifully dotted with Jathi Trees, trees are retained as much possible and the large floor plates are placed at location with minimal impact to tree cover. Car parking is organized within this natural landscape. Designed at two levels, and planned to be developed in two phases, the project will become a key centre for events in future.
